Therapy for the High-Achieving Woman Everyone Else Leans On

Everyone Else Leans On

You're the capable one everyone counts on, and whether you want focused intensive work or steady weekly support, this is therapy built for real change, not just another hour to talk.

Built for high-achieving women and creatives

  • You’ve done therapy before and want to go deeper, faster

  • You’re tired of coping strategies that only manage the symptoms

  • You’re moving through a transition: career shift, loss, relationship change, burnout

  • You want an embodied, whole-person approach, not just talk

  • You want to do the work, then get back to living your life

how real change happens here

More than talk:

  • Understand: the neuroscience of stress and trauma in your body

  • Regulate: skills through yoga, breathwork, and somatics

  • Reframe: cognitive work to tone the nervous system

  • Clear: Brainspotting and EMDR to release what’s stuck

Find the pace that fits your life right now

Breakthrough Intensives

Focused blocks of time, from two hours to a multi-day experience, designed to move something specific that’s been stuck. Ideal when you want depth and momentum rather than an open-ended weekly commitment.

Weekly Therapy

For some women, steady weekly support is the right fit, on its own or alongside an intensive. Sessions are focused and time-conscious, so your time is spent on the work that matters. Limited availability.

You came to feel different. Here’s what that looks like.

“I can finally exhale”

Real nervous-system regulation you feel in your body, not just techniques to try later.

“I’m not white-knuckling it anymore”

The patterns that kept resurfacing finally move, so the same triggers stop running the show.

“I got my time back”

Focused work that fits a full life, with more shift in a few hours than months of weekly sessions.

Meet Jenn Hoffman, LCSW

Trauma therapist · Certified Therapeutic Yoga Specialist · EMDR & Brainspotting trained

After years working with ambitious, high-performing women, I kept seeing the same thing: smart, capable women who’d done plenty of therapy and still felt stuck in their bodies and their lives. I built my practice around the work that actually moves that, combining nervous-system work, somatics, Brainspotting, and EMDR so you walk out feeling the change, not just understanding it.

FAQs

  • Most therapy works at the level of insight, and you likely have plenty of that already. The work here moves through the body and nervous system using somatics, Brainspotting, and EMDR, so change is something you feel, not just understand. That’s often the missing piece for women who know their patterns but still feel stuck.

  • It depends on what you’re after. Intensives suit women who want focused, fast-moving work on something specific and then want to get back to life. Weekly therapy suits steadier, ongoing support. Many women do an intensive first and add weekly support afterward. We’ll figure out the right fit based on your consultation.

  • My practice is built around the experience of high-achieving women and creatives, and that’s who I serve best. If you’re unsure whether you’re a fit, the consult call is the place to find out.

  • Weekly sessions can be billed through insurance where applicable, and superbills are available for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Working privately, outside of insurance, gives us more flexibility: no diagnosis on file, no treatment plans dictated by a third party, and the freedom to shape the work around what you actually need. Intensives are private-pay only. FSA/HSA accepted.
