Unlock Healing at the Source — Transform Trauma and Anxiety with Brainspotting
Is this what you’re going through?
Do you feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, stress, or past trauma that just won’t go away?
Maybe you’ve tried talk therapy, or other approaches, and yet something still feels unresolved.
Brainspotting therapy can help if you are struggling with:
Anxiety, panic, or chronic stress
Trauma or unresolved past experiences
Emotional blocks or feeling “stuck” in life
Challenges in relationships or emotional regulation
Performance or confidence issues
Clients often feel relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of control after Brainspotting sessions.
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and release trauma and stress stored in both the body and mind. By using specific eye positions and noticing bodily sensations, your brain can access deeply held emotional experiences and begin natural healing.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, Brainspotting works with the body’s innate ability to process trauma, so change can feel faster, deeper, and more integrated.
Why should you start Brainspotting?
Brainspotting therapy helps you:
Reduce the intensity of trauma and anxiety
Increase emotional regulation and resilience
Improve self-awareness and mental clarity
Enhance performance and confidence
Heal deeply, even when other therapies haven’t fully worked
If you feel like something is holding you back from your best self, Brainspotting can help you finally release it.
What can you expect from Brainspotting Therapy?
Gentle, client-centered sessions tailored to your needs
Safe exploration of emotions and bodily sensations
Gradual release of stored trauma and stress
Tools and insights to support continued healing between sessions
Noticeable improvements in emotional balance, confidence, and wellbeing
What does a Brainspotting session look like?
A typical session includes:
Intake & Goal Setting: We clarify what you want to work on and set intentions.
Guided Focus: Using eye positions and body awareness, we locate and process stuck emotional experiences.
Integration & Grounding: You leave the session feeling centered and supported.
Sessions usually last 60–90 minutes, and most clients experience meaningful changes in 3–6 sessions, depending on your goals and the depth of the work.
