Hi, I’m Jenn.

Therapist. Coach. Former single mom. Stepmom of four teens. Trauma survivor. Big-hearted truth-teller.

I help high-achieving women heal trauma, anxiety, and burnout—so they can finally exhale.

Why I Do This Work

I didn’t become a therapist because I had it all figured out. I used to think if I just managed everything perfectly, nothing would fall apart. Underneath all that control was fear, grief, and a nervous system stuck in survival mode. Healing for me wasn’t about doing more—it was about learning to soften, slow down, and come home to myself.

You’re the strong one everyone leans on

You’re constantly overthinking, overwhelmed, or burnt out

You’ve tried therapy before but felt stuck in your head

Bottom line?

You’re not too much. You’re not behind. And you're not broken.
I help high-functioning women heal trauma, anxiety, and burnout so they can stop surviving and start living.
If that sounds like you, I’d love to talk.

You don’t have to hide the real you.

Imagine having a space to show up without apology—no perfectionism, no mask. A space where your fears don’t scare anyone off, and your “too much” is met with understanding, not judgment.

You don’t have to keep wondering what if. You get to choose yourself, now.

I’ve been there—tired, stuck in survival mode, telling myself “this is as good as it gets.” But I knew better. And so do you.

Let’s find the version of you that’s been waiting to breathe.
