  • These sessions are coaching-based, not psychotherapy and are not billable to insurance.

    Coaching sessions focus on clarity, goals, mental reframes, and working through blocks that interfere with forward movement.

    While Jenn is a licensed therapist, these offerings are not therapy and do not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions and are not covered by insurance.

  • A Clarity Session is a focused, one-on-one coaching session designed to help you:

    • define a specific goal or concern

    • untangle mental overwhelm or overthinking

    • identify internal blocks or stuck patterns

    • leave with clearer perspective and next steps

    Some sessions may include optional Brainspotting to support focus and resolution, depending on your goals and preferences.

  • Not necessarily. Some clients prefer to schedule coaching and bodywork on the same day, while others space them out within the same week. Scheduling is coordinated during consultation to fit your needs and availability.

  • The coaching session focuses on mental clarity, perspective, and direction.

    Massage or Reiki sessions focus on physical or energetic release and relaxation.

    They are designed to complement one another — not overlap.

  • Yes. For the 1:1 packages, you’ll choose either:

    • Clarity + Massage (with Jenny Lauretano, LMT), or

    • Clarity + Reiki (with Rio Comaduran)

    For the 3:3 series, you may choose (3) massage sessions or (3) Reiki for your bodywork sessions.

  • These packages may not be the best fit if you:

    • are seeking ongoing psychotherapy or crisis support

    • need diagnosis or treatment for acute mental health concerns

    • are looking for deep trauma processing rather than clarity and support

    If you’re unsure, a consultation will help determine fit.

  • Click “Book a Consult” to request a consultation. From there, we’ll discuss goals, timing, and which option is the best fit for you.

  • Each practitioner will bill separately at a discounted price and payments can be made through Venmo or other platforms at your convenience prior to the session.
