Most therapy stays in the thinking brain. The work here moves through the whole system: I teach you what stress and trauma are doing in your body, build regulation skills through yoga, breathwork, and somatics, use cognitive reframing to settle the nervous system, and then use Brainspotting and EMDR to clear out what talk alone can’t reach.

Specialties:
A note on payment
Weekly sessions can be billed through insurance where applicable, and superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients choose private-pay instead, because working outside insurance means no diagnosis on file, no session caps, and the freedom to shape the work around what you actually need. Intensives are private-pay only. FSA/HSA accepted.
