Build Your Own Practice. You Don’t Have to Build It Alone.

Are you ready to venture out on your own, but not fully established yet? Maybe you want professional office space and access to everything available at The Bridge Healing Arts Center in Farmington, CT.

Or maybe you already have your own space but want support—from clinical consultation to the practical realities of building and running a private practice. Or maybe you want both.

The Instar Healing Clinical Co-Op gives you access to space, knowledge, consultation, and community for a set monthly fee—while allowing you to build a practice that is truly your own.

You remain an independent clinician with your own clients, policies, business, and professional identity. The Co-Op simply gives you a place to practice, people to learn alongside, and support when you need it.

Why I Created the Co-Op

After nearly 20 years as a clinician, EMDR therapist, and private practice owner, I’ve learned a lot—sometimes the hard way—about doing good clinical work while also building a sustainable practice.

My mission now is to pass some of that on.

Someday I’ll retire, and I’d love to know that along the way I helped develop really good therapists who became confident, empowered clinicians and successful practice owners in their own right.
