I’m also a trauma-informed therapist who helps people understand what’s happening in their nervous system so they can create real, lasting change, not just learn to cope. My work is grounded in neurobiology, empathy, and evidence-based practices like: EMDR, IFS-Informed EMDR, Brainspotting and therapeutic yoga.
I believe healing happens when you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make choices that actually fit your life.
Clients often come to me when they’re high-functioning on the outside but stuck, exhausted or repeating the same painful patterns inside. Together, we slow things down, get curious about what your brain and body are doing, and build a way forward that feels both meaningful and doable.
