When Weekly Therapy Isn’t Enough: A Deep-Dive Into Integrative Trauma Intensives

If you’ve been in therapy for years but still feel stuck... If you’re exhausted from managing symptoms instead of healing the root...If you’ve hit the wall of “talking about it” and need something more embodied, more powerful, more whole...

Then it might be time for something different.

What Is an Integrative Trauma Intensive?

An Integrative Trauma Intensive is a focused, immersive healing experience designed to help you safely process trauma using a combination of evidence-based and body-based modalities. These aren’t your typical therapy sessions. Intensives allow us to go deeper—more safely, more intentionally—because we have the time and tools to support real transformation.

Rather than 55 minutes squeezed between meetings or caretaking, you get dedicated space to tend to you.

What Makes These Intensives Different?

Traditional therapy happens in small, spread-out doses. Sometimes that’s perfect. But sometimes, especially when trauma is complex or chronic, it just isn’t enough.

In an intensive, we condense the work. We layer the right tools. And we move at a pace your nervous system can handle.

You’re not just talking—you’re integrating.

What’s Included?

Each intensive is tailored to your needs and may include:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for reprocessing traumatic memories

  • SSP (Safe and Sound Protocol) to support nervous system regulation

  • Therapeutic Yoga to gently reconnect you with your body

  • Breathwork to calm and anchor your system

  • Somatic practices to track and release tension stored in the body

  • Sound healing, reiki, or massage as optional adjuncts

  • Rest, reflection, and integration time—because healing is not just doing, it’s also being

Each intensive begins with a full assessment and ends with a follow-up session. You’ll also get personalized recommendations to support your healing beyond our time together.

Who Is This For?

My clients are often high-achieving women, caregivers, therapists, and professionals. Many are burned out, anxious, or feel like their trauma “shouldn’t still be affecting them”—but it is.

These intensives are for you if:

  • You’ve done therapy before, but haven’t felt lasting change

  • You’re carrying childhood trauma, medical trauma, or relational wounds

  • You feel disconnected from your body, your emotions, or yourself

  • You’re ready to do deeper work, but want support that’s structured and nurturing

  • You need a reset—something that honors how much you’ve been holding

The Power of Focused Healing

When we create space—real space—for healing, something shifts. You don’t just learn tools. You start to embody them. You don’t just process trauma. You reclaim parts of yourself that were hidden or buried.

And it doesn’t take years. Sometimes, a few hours of intentional work unlocks something years of therapy couldn’t touch.

Trauma Can’t Be Rewritten—But Connection Can

We can’t undo what happened. But we can create a new experience of being held, heard, and believed. One where your body feels safer. Where your voice feels stronger. Where your story can be witnessed with compassion—not shame.

This is the work we do in an intensive.
Not to fix you—because you’re not broken.
But to help you come home to yourself.
