If you’ve been holding it all together… but feel like you’re quietly unraveling, you’re not alone.

You might be the one people rely on. You get things done. You show up. You handle what needs to be handled. But underneath that, something feels off. You’re tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix. You overthink everything. You hold it together on the outside—but inside, it’s tight, anxious, or just… too much. And maybe you’ve tried to figure it out. You’ve read, reflected, talked about it. You understand your patterns.

But nothing really shifts.

Hi, I’m Jenn.

Jenn Hoffman, LCSW provides trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout in Farmington, Connecticut and online throughout New York and Connecticut.

I’m a therapist, but more than that—I’m someone who understands what it’s like to function at a high level while quietly struggling underneath.

I’ve spent years helping women who look “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside.

I’m trained in approaches like EMDR, Brainspotting, and Therapeutic Yoga, but what matters more is how we use them.

Because insight alone isn’t enough. Real change happens when your nervous system shifts—not just your thinking.

A lot of people come to me after they’ve already tried therapy.

They don’t need more talking.
They don’t need more analysis.

They need something that actually helps things move.

My work is focused on helping you:

  • feel calmer in your body

  • stop looping in your thoughts

  • respond differently instead of reacting automatically

I’m not a blank-slate therapist.

I’m engaged. Direct. Thoughtful.

I’ll meet you where you are—but I won’t keep you stuck in the same patterns either.

Who This is For:

This work is a good fit if:

  • You’re high-functioning but internally overwhelmed

  • You’re tired of managing anxiety instead of actually feeling better

  • You want something deeper than surface-level coping

  • You’re ready for change—but not sure how to get there

What to do next:

If you’re reading this and thinking,
“this feels like me”

The next step is simple.

Start with a short consultation. Just click the blue button.

We’ll talk about what’s going on, what you’ve tried, and what might actually help.

No pressure. Just clarity.

You don’t have to hide the real you.

Imagine having a space to show up without apology—no perfectionism, no mask. A space where your fears don’t scare anyone off, and your “too much” is met with understanding, not judgment.

You don’t have to keep wondering what if. You get to choose yourself, now.

I’ve been there—tired, stuck in survival mode, telling myself “this is as good as it gets.” But I knew better. And so do you.

Let’s find the version of you that’s been waiting to breathe.
