I’m Jennifer Hoffman, LCSW — a therapist licensed in CT & NY, a certified therapeutic yoga specialist, and a life coach trained by Martha Beck.
I founded Instar Healing to help women and professionals find relief from stress, trauma, and burnout.
Through coaching, I bring this work worldwide. My approach blends practical tools, compassion, and mind-body practices so you can find the reset you’ve been looking for — whether in a single session or an immersive intensive.
